Elderly Care Policy

The GBA research cluster has assisted the Hong Kong Legislative Council (LegCo) in drafting legislation on elderly care policy, placing particular emphasis on cross-border care policies. This legislation was proposed by LegCo member Hon Mr Chan Pui Leung on 23 July 2025.
