本港5間大學合作推行「聯校心理健康推廣計劃」，並就大學生的「幸福感」做研究，結果發現超過八成大學生的幸福感和滿意度達中等以上程度，惟約三成大學生的「社會幸福感」處於低水平，即傾向不同意社會是理想社會或正發展成理想社會。
