Objective

The GBA Cluster conducts governance and policy research on the Greater Bay Area (GBA). It aspires to be the primary destination for policy and practical research and solutions in the GBA, through providing evidence-based solutions for critical, urgent, and emerging policy, governance, and practical issues. Its impact populations include residents, governments, the business community, and researchers in the GBA. The cluster actively engages the public, governments, the private sector, academics, and NGOs and other societal forces. It maintains an active and engaging agenda to sustain its mission and goals.
