As borders reopen, Asia’s ‘zero-Covid’ economies need to start puzzling it out

Dr Nicolas Thomas opines that as Hong Kong and the world look forward to the reopening of borders, and the resumption of trade and travel, a conversation needs to be started as to what the pandemic endgame will look like. The sooner that starts, the sooner businesses, schools and people can be informed of the risks and can begin to develop strategies to mitigate against those risks.
